DLM Communications has been Cappel’s source for telephone equipment and service since the mid 1980’s.  We have been extremely happy with the equipment that we have purchased from DLM over these many years.  It is so helpful to work with a company that has the expertise to analyze our communication needs, and to provide suitable options.  DLM has a great team of skilled technicians, and we highly recommend them to any potential customer.

Our recent purchase and install of a VoIP phone system through DLM Communications was stress free.  Mike and Kirk expertly and seamlessly switched in the new system during business hours without any down time.  After the install, when we had issues with our router, they stepped in to diagnose the problem and offered a solution which took care of the issue.  I wouldn't consider having anyone but DLM Communications as our phone servicing company.

Our practice has three offices; combining the systems for all three offices was quite a task but DLM Communications was able to do it. Every time we’ve approached them with a question or a request, they’ve been able to accommodate us. It’s been one of the easiest transformations we’ve made for our offices.
